Job summary

A further education College is looking for a Work-Based Learning Practitioner to join its Carpentry and Joinery team, supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential by bringing real-world industry experience into the training environment.

You will work closely with employers and learners to ensure apprentices develop the skills, confidence and competence needed to succeed in their trade, while adhering to safeguarding and vetting requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience within the carpentry and joinery trade.
• Self-motivated, passionate approach to supporting apprentices.
• Confidence in bringing real-world industry experience into a training setting.
