Whittington Health NHS Trust in London is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Craftsperson (Carpentry Bias) to deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across the hospital and community estates.

The post holder will work as part of the Estates Maintenance Team, carry out carpentry tasks, respond to site emergencies, ensure safety compliance, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Essential degree in Building Services or equivalent.
• 5 years' experience in maintenance trades.
• Strong verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance routines and reactive maintenance on building fabric and related equipment.
• Carry out repairs to doors, fire doors, locks, windows, ceilings, flooring and other building fabric; undertake basic decorating and handyman tasks.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure work is completed safely in line with regulations and Trust policies.
• Work independently and as part of a multi-skilled team within the Estates Department.
