Job summary

Sovereign Network Group in the Bournemouth/Christchurch/Hurn locality is seeking a Carpenter Multi for a full-time, on-site role. The role covers 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, installing windows and doors, UPVC servicing, locksmithing, fencing, kitchen work, and general maintenance.

A company van is provided for travel. Candidates should have NVQ level 2 or at least five years’ carpentry experience, a strong health and safety mindset, and a valid driving licence with the ability to drive and take

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar residential/housing carpentry role; NVQ level 2 or 5 years proven carpentry track record.
• Strong health and safety mindset with knowledge of best practices in the trade.
• Team player with ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry
• Install windows, doors, door frames - Internal and external
• UPVC servicing and installation
• Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking
• All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels
• Kitchen fitting, kitchen building and minor joinery
• Other duties to include basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and other general maintenance tasks
