Job summary
Sovereign Network Group is recruiting a Carpenter Multi to join our Property Team in North Hants, Basingstoke & Surrey. You’ll travel, with a company van provided, to complete carpentry repairs across our housing properties.
You should have NVQ Level 2 or 5 years of proven carpentry experience, with health & safety in mind, and a collaborative team approach. 40 hours per week with overtime/call-out opportunities.
Qualifications
- Carpentry skills across repairs in residential properties.
- Experience with 1st and 2nd fix carpentry.
- Ability to install windows/doors/frames (internal & external).
- Experience with UPVC servicing/installation.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in our properties as part of the Repairs Team.
- Perform 1st and 2nd fix carpentry.
- Install windows, doors, door frames - Internal and external.
- UPVC servicing and installation.
- Locksmithing and gaining entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking.
- All types of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panels.
- Kitchen fitting, kitchen building and minor joinery.
- General maintenance tasks including plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating.
