Fortem Repairs and Maintenance is hiring a Carpenter Multi Skilled Trade for Orbit Housing. The role covers social housing properties across Warwickshire and surrounding areas, requiring carpentry, basic plumbing and other trades with a company van, fuel card and PPE supplied.
Core hours are Mon-Fri 8:00–16:30; travel is essential. Applicants should have relevant carpentry qualifications, a full UK licence and be able to pass a DBS check. Desirable housing experience is beneficial.
Due to continued successful growth, We have a new permanent opportunity to join our Fortem Repairs and Maintenance team at Orbit Housing as a Carpenter Multi Skilled Trade which uses core Carpentry skills, basic Plumbing and a range of other Multi trade skills which can include, Tiling, Flooring, Windows.The Carpenter Multi Trade will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties covering a patch across Warwickshire and surrounding areas so travel is essential.Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pmWe provide a Company Van, Fuel card, Power Tools and PPE!
Fortem’s contract with Orbit Housing covers over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford.
