Fortem Repairs and Maintenance is recruiting for a Carpenter Multi Skilled Trade to join Cambridge Housing Society properties across South Cambridgeshire, including Cambridge Central, Royston, Duxford and Haverhill. You will cover a range of trades, with core carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, flooring and window work, while traveling between sites.
Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with a company van, fuel card, tools provided and a generous on-call rota.
Due to continued successful growth, We have a new permanent opportunity to join our Fortem Repairs and Maintenance team at Cambridge Housing Society as a Carpenter Multi Skilled Trade which uses core Carpentry skills, basic Plumbing and a range of other Multi trade skills which can include, Tiling, Flooring, Windows.The Carpenter Multi Trade will be responsible for most aspects of property maintenance and repairs to Social Housing Properties covering a patch across South Cambridgeshire which include Cambridge Central, Royston, Duxford and Haverhill and surrounding areas so travel is essential.Core Hours are Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm - Work Van, Fuel card Tools provided! + Generous ON CALL rota

We are responsible for all repairs and maintenance of their social housing properties which cover the Cambridgeshire region Head office is based in Central Cambridge and the patch includes surrounding areas from Wisbech, Royston and Haverhill.
