Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited are recruiting an experienced Carpenter Multi for reactive maintenance in social housing across Lewisham and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering high-quality repairs in occupied properties.

You will carry out reactive carpentry, complete secondary trades, and ensure all work is done safely and to a high standard. A UK driving licence and NVQ LVL 2 are required; the rate is £22 per hour with a van and fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in reactive maintenance and social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ LVL 2 trade qualification.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied social housing properties.
• Complete secondary trades.
• Repair and replace doors, frames, locks, skirting boards, architraves, kitchens, flooring, and other first and second fix carpentry.
• Complete minor multi-trade works where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Provide a professional service while working in tenants' homes.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter Multi to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties across Lewishamand surrounding areas
