Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a Carpenter/Multi for reactive repairs in tenanted social housing properties in Ealing, England. The candidate will bring carpentry skills and multi-trade capability to carry out maintenance tasks.

Salary offered is £22 per hour with a van and fuel card provided. Experience within the social housing sector is preferred; transitions to other trades may be required as part of multi-skilled duties.

We are currently working on behalf of a large Housing Association. They are currently looking for a Carpenter/Multi to carry out reactive repairs to tenanted properties within the social housing sector.

The successful candidate will have experience working within the Social Housing sector.
