Job summary

Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi-Trader to join our client's reactive maintenance team. The role involves carrying out a range of carpentry repairs in occupied domestic properties within Benfleet & Thurrock.

You'll work on social housing and domestic repairs, delivering high-quality workmanship with minimal disruption and excellent customer service during every visit. A UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in social housing, council, or domestic repairs.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

About the Role
