Job summary
Sovereign Network Group is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi to join our Property Team in Oxfordshire. You will perform carpentry repairs across our housing stock, handling 1st and 2nd fix work, install windows and doors, and undertake related trades such as basic plumbing and decorating.
The role requires travel and a full driving licence; a company van and fuel card are provided. We offer 40 hours per week with overtime and call-out opportunities for additional earnings.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in Residential/Housing sector.
- Strong health and safety mindset and practices.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Full and current driving licence with minimum 1 year experience and ability to drive and take home a company van.
Responsibilities
- Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs in our properties as part of Repairs Team.
- 1st fix and 2nd fix carpentry.
- Install windows, doors, door frames - internal and external.
- UPVC servicing and installation.
- Locksmithing and entry via lock snapping, drilling and picking.
- Erection of fencing, posts, feather edge, chain link and panel fencing.
- Kitchen fitting, building and minor joinery.
- Other duties include basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance.
