Job summary

Insignis is seeking an experienced Carpenter Multi to join our property repairs team covering Oxfordshire. The role involves 1st/2nd fix carpentry, installing doors and windows, UPVC work, locksmithing, fencing, kitchen fitting, and basic maintenance to residential properties.

Candidates should have NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or 5 years of proven carpentry experience, with preferred experience in residential housing. Based in Oxfordshire with travel within the region.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or equivalent, or at least 5 years' proven carpentry experience.
• Residential/housing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete 1st and 2nd fix carpentry repairs.
• Install and repair internal/external doors, windows and door frames.
• UPVC servicing and installation.
• Locksmithing and gaining entry.
• Fencing repairs and installation.
• Kitchen fitting and minor joinery.
• Carry out basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating and general maintenance.
