Job summary

WPS seeks a Carpenter to join our Responsive Maintenance team in Walton-on-Thames, delivering reactive maintenance to social housing residents.

You will work from the Walton-on-Thames office, carrying out carpentry repair and renewal work, with DBS checks at offer stage and a focus on quality workmanship, timeliness and customer service.

This role requires a driving licence, NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry, proven carpentry experience, and the ability to work independently or with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• NVQ L2 in Carpentry or a similar trade
• Proven experience in carpentry.
• Ability to work to high standards of workmanship and productivity.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to meet tight deadlines.

WPS has an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working from our Walton-on-Thames office. You'll be delivering reactive maintenance services to our valued residents as part of a social housing contract.
