Job summary

Wates Smartspace seeks a Carpenter Multi Trader to service social housing in Crawley from the WPS team. You will perform repair and renewal work across properties, sometimes coordinating with other trades to deliver timely results.

You will need a full UK driving licence and an L2 NVQ in Carpentry. The role emphasises workmanship, productivity, customer service and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.

WPS has an exciting opportunity for a Carpenter Multi Trader to join our Responsive Maintenance division, working from our Crawley office. You'll be delivering reactive maintenance services to our valued residents as part of a social housing contract.
