Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Carpenter Multi-Trade in Surrey for a temporary to permanent role, start ASAP. The successful candidate will carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance on domestic properties and perform basic multi-trade tasks as needed. A full UK manual driving licence and social housing or domestic maintenance experience are essential.

Carpenter Multi - Property Services

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Salary: £44,000 CIS

A Carpenter is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.
