Social housing/domestic experience is essential. Typical duties include carrying out works on domestic properties, delivering high customer service, and using a PDA to organise and complete jobs.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK driving licence and own van.
• Must have previous social housing experience.
• Experience of using a PDA is required.

Carpenter Multi Trade - Property Services

Job Type: Permanent

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Camden

A Carpenter Multi trader is required, working for a local social housing contractor. The Multi trader role will involve carrying out maintenance works on domestic properties. As well as carpentry works, it would be ideal if you can carry out basic multi trade works, such as; Tiling, patch plastering and plumbing. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.

Daily responsibilities of a Carpenter Multi Trader are:

• Carrying out works on domestic properties
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Using a PDA system to oragnise and complete jobs

Requirements of a Carpenter Multi Trader:

• Must have a full UK driving licence and own van
• Must have previous social housing experience
• Must have experience of using a PDA
