Job summary

Carpenter Multi - Property Services is seeking a carpenter multi-trade to perform responsive repairs and maintenance on domestic properties within RM, IG and E postcodes. The role requires NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in carpentry, a full UK manual driving licence, and prior social housing or domestic maintenance experience.

A Carpenter is required, working for a reputable local contractor in partnership with a local council. The role will involve carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance works on domestic properties. In addition to plumbing duties, candidates should be capable of completing basic multi-trade works to a high standard. Previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience is essential.
