Qualifications

• Holds QTS or a relevant education qualification/experience.
• Has at least 3–6 months' experience in UK schools or related UK educational settings.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with their learning and development.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver engaging activities.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support when required.
• Help foster pupil confidence, independence and personal development.
• Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in class.
• Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Support children with varying abilities and needs.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, support staff and pupils.
