You will assist the Cook, help serve meals, follow HACCP and safety guidelines, keep the kitchen clean, and work as part of a team to create a homely environment for our residents. Previous care experience is helpful, but a positive personality and values are key.

• Experience in care is a bonus but values are key.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook with preparation of varied, nutritious meals.
• Help serve meals and respect residents' dietary needs and choices.
• Follow HACCP, health and safety and maintain clean kitchen areas.
• Assist with stock, rotation and keep equipment safe and functional.
• Work as part of the team to create a friendly home environment.
