Responsibilities

• Act as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
• Assist chefs to plate meals, prepare food trolleys, and keep prep areas clean.
• Monitor stock rotation and follow COSHH/HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with catering for events within the home.
