Avery Healthcare operates care homes across the UK and is currently seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member at Westbourne Tower Care Home in Bournemouth, Dorset. You will support dining services, assist residents with meals, and help maintain a warm, welcoming dining environment within a close-knit team.

The role emphasizes compassion, high personal hygiene standards, and awareness of dietary requirements; previous hospitality or care-setting experience is desirable, with a basic Food Hygiene

Formación

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
• Experience in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel would be desirable.
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Support dining service and assist residents with meals.
• Help residents choose meal options at dining times.
• Set dining tables according to SOPs.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented; remove and replenish dirty crockery.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible and replenished in bistro areas; provide finger foods and fresh fruit options.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
