Job summary

Avery Healthcare is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to support dining services for residents, helping them choose meals and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations. You will maintain high hygiene standards, keep the dining areas tidy, and replenish fresh baked goods and fruit throughout the day.

The role requires DBS disclosure and proof of eligibility to work in the UK. We offer a caring environment with opportunities to grow and develop within Avery's expanding network of homes.

Qualifications

• High standards of personal hygiene.
• Compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.
• Experience in a similar setting (restaurant or hotel desirable).
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with choosing their meal options.
• Ensure dining tables are set in accordance with SOPs.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented; clear and replenish dirty crockery.
• Ensure fresh cakes/biscuits, finger foods and fruit are replenished in the dining areas.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
