Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, dedicated Food and Beverage Team Member for The Hawthorns Clevedon in Clevedon. You will support dining service and assist residents with meals, ensuring tables are set to SOPs and the dining area remains clean and inviting.

You will help residents choose meals, replenish baked goods and fruit, and accommodate dietary requirements while maintaining high hygiene and customer service standards. Previous hospitality or care setting experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
• Commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.
• Experience in a similar setting, restaurant or hotel desirable.
• A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support dining service and assist residents with meals.
• Help residents choose meal options at dining times.
• Set and maintain tables according to SOPs throughout the day.
• Keep front of house clean, tidy and well-presented; replace dirty crockery.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes, finger foods and fruit are replenished in bistro areas.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
