Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated chef for our care home kitchen. You will prepare wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs and bring comfort to Residents daily.

You will hold an NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery with a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, and have HACCP knowledge. You will be a creative menu planner, value presentation, and be a collaborative team player within HC-One.

Qualifications

• Recognised culinary qualification (NVQ2/Professional Cookery) and Level 2 Food Hygiene required.
• Solid HACCP understanding and food safety practices.
• Creative approach to menu planning and quality meal presentation.
