Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Chef for our care home kitchen to prepare and serve wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs and bring comfort to Residents daily.

You will be an experienced cook with a recognised qualification (S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery) and Level 2 Food Hygiene, with HACCP knowledge and a passion for making mealtimes special. You’ll be a supportive team player in a caring HC-One environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified cook with S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Good understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve wholesome, homemade meals that meet nutritional needs.
• Bring comfort and enjoyment to Residents through meals.
