You will hold an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, with HACCP knowledge. You will plan menus, present appealing dishes, and work as a positive, caring team member reflecting HC-One’s values.

• Experience as a cook with recognised qualification.
• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery and Level 2 Food Hygiene.
• Solid HACCP understanding and food safety practice.
