• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with DfT/CAA requirements and customer specifics.
• Oversee internal and external audits for Safety and Security.
• Maintain good employee relations through effective communication.
• Ensure health, safety and security standards are upheld.
• Implement local measures to prevent injuries, incidents and damages.
• Ensure staff training aligns with company policy and SOPs.
• Drive Continuous Improvement actions and share best practices.
