An exciting dual role opportunity at a leading college in Warrington for a Caretaker and Construction Technician. The successful candidate will engage in various responsibilities including security and maintenance while contributing to a supportive educational environment. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dual role post of Caretaker (2 days) and Construction Technician (3 days). The post is within the Estates department.
The caretaking team provides a range of services including security, porterage, postal services, administering first aid, and setting out conference rooms.
The Construction Technician team offers support in practical areas such as preparation for practical classes, organization of maintenance and repairs, and coordination and requisition of supplies.
This is a varied and challenging role requiring commitment, excellent customer care skills, the ability to communicate at all levels, and a proactive attitude. The successful applicant must be a team player, willing to learn new skills, and hold a full driving licence, preferably with D1 category.
The caretaking role will be based at our Winsford site, and the Construction Technician role at our Warrington site.
