Job summary

Clarion Housing Group in London is seeking a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team, working across our estates in Haringey and Enfield.

Duties include inspecting and cleaning communal areas to maintain high standards; sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas; and carrying out health and safety checks. Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence and be able to travel across the region.

• Ability to travel across the region to cover estates in North London.
