Job summary

Clarion Housing Group is seeking an Estate Manager in London to lead a team of caretakers and deliver high-quality estate management services. The role is hybrid with a base at our London offices, requiring travel across the region and a commitment to health and safety standards.

You will supervise, develop and train staff, organise rotas, and maintain adequate staffing. The position is permanent, 40 hours per week, with salary between £32,961 and £38,185 per year, and candidate must be eligible

• Experience in estate/caretaking management or supervising teams.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety processes relevant to caretaking and estate cleaning.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

We're looking for an Estate Manager to lead a team of caretakers in delivering an excellent estate management service to residents. You'll be covering North London.

You'll be managing the team's performance and motivate them to work effectively as a team and on their own. You'll assist in their development and training to help encourage your team to achieve their full potential.

You'll be responsible for making sure a safe working environment is provided for all employees, including the provision of such information, instruction and supervision as is necessary. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for organising and setting work rotas for the team, making sure appropriate levels of staffing are maintained at all times.

You'll be an experienced manager of people with excellent customer service skills and knowledge of health and safety processes relevant to the provision of a caretaking and estate cleaning service.
