Virtu Property is seeking a flexible cleaner/maintenance supported by a self-employed model to service residential blocks. You will perform cleaning of communal spaces, manage waste, liaise with authorities, and ensure health and safety standards are met across developments.

Daily site walks, light maintenance, and customer-friendly service are expected, with a commitment to safeguarding residents and reporting any issues promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Cleaning of communal spaces
• Manage and monitor waste; bin runs
• Liaise with Local Authority for waste collections
• Health & Safety compliance and system testing
• Daily site inspections and reporting to Property Manager
• Maintain communal areas: bin stores, car parks, cycle stores
• Fob & key management
• Replace lightbulbs as needed
• Provide friendly, professional resident service
• Address enquiries and repairs per service levels
• Ensure building is safe and compliant with procedures
• Complete meter readings as required

What you’ll be doing

No two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.

• Cleaning of communal spaces
• Manage and monitor waste throughout development, complete statutory bin runs, making sure all bins are available for emptying
• Effectively liaise with the Local Authority of Waste Management Collections as and when required
• Health & Safety compliance - to include regular system testing where required
• Conduct daily site inspections and report maintenance requirements and any other issues to the Property Manager
• Ensure communal areas, such as bin stores, car parks, cycle stores are maintained and well kept
• Fob & key management
• Replacement of lightbulbs where necessary
• Provide friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service to residents
• Ensure all enquires and repairing issues are dealt with in line with agreed service levels
• Ensure building is a safe environment in which to live and work and that it is managed in accordance with procedures
• Complete meter readings as and when required

The fees we pay for our assignments vary depending upon the complexity of the task and therefore you’ll achieve a wage equivalent to the National Minimum Wage. Each of the visit fees are detailed on our Job Board. You will be working on a self-employed basis, so you will be responsible for paying your own National Insurance contributions and Tax.
