Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Voyager vers différents sites pour des tâches de nettoyage et de nettoyage des espaces communs.

Caretaker

Bow Cross - London

£28,734 - £30,246 per year

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

We are seeking a Caretaker to join our team at our Estate Services team based in London.

As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for travelling to various sites and carrying out bulk removals, disposing of items correctly, and general cleaning of communal areas. The ideal candidate will have either cleaning or caretaking experience, a track record of delivering high-quality services, and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and high levels of customer service. This role involves heavy lifting, and a company van will be provided.

The role of Caretaker includes:

• Removal of bulk and overspills
• Undertaking general caretaking duties, including cleaning of communal areas
• Grounds maintenance tasks, including litter picking and general upkeep
• Working with customers to resolve issues and improve services
• Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed
• Carrying out Health and Safety Inspections and reporting necessary repairs
• Complying with relevant policies and being Health and Safety oriented
• Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in suitable condition

Skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar cleaning role or completing similar tasks
• British Institute Certificate in Cleaning Services (BICS) is advantageous
• Practical experience operating hand tools and light machinery
• Experience working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
• Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
• Good communication and customer care skills
• Valid UK manual driving licence required for driving company vehicles

The salary is £27,940 with an additional policy allowance of £793 per annum, rising to £29,411 with an allowance of £835 after 12 months, subject to performance.
