Job summary

The FR Group in Hathersage is seeking a Caretaker to look after welfare facilities in a care home. You will perform cleaning tasks, replace consumables, and perform light maintenance to meet contractual standards.

The contract is temporary to permanent with two rotating shifts and requires reliable transport. Candidates must have previous caretaker experience, a full clean driving licence, own tools and transport, and be able to provide two referees.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caretaker or similar experience
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Main duties are cleaning toilets, replacing hand towel dispenses, toilet seats and maintenance on local authority buildings.
• You will also ensure the sites and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards.

We Require a Caretaker to start ASAP to look after welfare facilities in a care home in Hathersage., Main duties are cleaning toilets, replacing hand towel dispenses, toilet seats and maintenance on local authority buildings. You will also ensure the sites and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. This contract is temporary to permanent. The hours - There are 2 shifts which rotate weekly: Week 1 : Mon Fri 6.45 - 14.00 6.75 hours daily, 33.75 hours in total Week 2: Mon - Thur 14.00 - 22.00 Fri 14.00 - 21.30 Sat 7.30 - 13.45 42.75 hours in total Must be able to drive and have transport.

• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before. £11.82 per hour - PAYE OR £14.55 per hour - Umbrella
