The FR Group is seeking a Caretaker / Cleaner to look after welfare facilities in a care home in Leek. The main duties include cleaning toilets, replacing hand towel dispensers, toilet seats, and maintenance on local authority buildings. You will ensure the sites and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards.

This contract is temporary to permanent. Two rotating shifts: Week 1 Mon–Fri 6.45–14.00 (6.75 hours daily, 33.75 hours total).

Qualificações

• Previous experience as a Cleaner / Caretaker or similar experience
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Own Tools
• Own Transport
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references

We Require a Caretaker / Cleaner to start ASAP to look after welfare facilities in a care home in Leek., Main duties are cleaning toilets, replacing hand towel dispenses, toilet seats and maintenance on local authority buildings. You will also ensure the sites and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. This contract is temporary to permanent. The hours - There are 2 shifts which rotate weekly: Week 1 : Mon Fri 6.45 - 14.00 6.75 hours daily, 33.75 hours in total Week 2: Mon - Thur 14.00 - 22.00 Fri 14.00 - 21.30 Sat 7.30 - 13.45 42.75 hours in total Must be able to drive and have transport.

• Previous experience as a Cleaner / Caretaker or similar experience
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Own Tools
• Own Transport
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
  £11.82+ per hour - PAYE OR £14.55+ per hour - Umbrella
• Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
