Job description

Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in Highfield St Josephs Primary, NE39 2JE, on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £23, and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Split shift 6:30am to 10am then 2:30 to 6:30

Essential Criteria: Full UK Valid Driving License

For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential.

What will you deliver?

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the school premises with respect to caretaking services, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard.
