Job summary

The Chelmsford Learning Partnership is seeking a reliable Caretaker to join our dedicated team. The role covers ensuring the smooth running of our school facilities and securing buildings in the evenings.

The post is 14.5 hours across 2 days each week, with flexible working arrangements discussed at hire. Previous caretaking or site management experience is desirable, and we offer CPD, pension, and staff benefits.

Hours: 14.5 hours across 2 days per week/52 weeks per year

We are seeking to appoint a reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Caretaker to work within our dedicated Caretaking Team, to be responsible for the smooth and compliant running of our school’s facilities. A key part of this role will be site security, ensuring all buildings are secured in the evening.

Previous caretaking or site management experience is desirable.
