Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Bedford.

Main Duties

• Outdoor maintenance of the site
• Typical caretaking duties
• General upkeep and a variety of maintenance jobs
• Operate as part of the estates team in the care, security, and operation of all site buildings and grounds
• Support in the daily operation and availability of all sites
• Assist the Head of Estates in preparing maintenance, development, and project plans
• Handle goods in and portering tasks by receiving, delivering, and maintaining records of equipment and parcels, and conducting health and safety checks
• Adopt a proactive approach towards improving service standards annually, with a focus on providing a professional and memorable customer-focused experience

Requirements

• Able to start ASAP
• Experience in estates, caretaking, or related fields
• Knowledge of DIY
• Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
• No previous convictions
