Service Care Solutions Ltd are seeking a reliable Mobile Caretaker to join our client’s estate maintenance team. The role covers Ealing and Acton, ensuring communal areas are maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents.

You will contribute to safety via checks and reporting issues, while working with the Estate Services Area Manager to ensure smooth operations. The position offers a stable permanent contract with a weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills are required.
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations is important.
• Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Provide cover for caretaking and gardening colleagues across estate sites
• Keep communal areas clean, tidy, and graffiti-free
• Report repairs, vandalism, and safety hazards promptly
• Attend estate walkabouts and contribute to anti-social behaviour reduction

• Work collaboratively with the Estate Services Area Manager to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Requirements

Salary & Hours

• Salary: £27,248 per annum
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm (35 hours per week)
• Contract Type: Permanent
• Location: Ealing and Acton (Travel across the Borough required)
