Energy Jobline ZR is seeking Grounds Maintenance Operatives to look after communal spaces across Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell and surrounding areas. You will mow lawns, trim hedges, manage borders and keep estates safe and welcoming, while coordinating with colleagues to uphold high standards.

The role values reliability, proactivity and a strong customer focus, with the ability to work independently yet as part of a team. A full driving license is required for travel between sites.

Job Description

We're looking for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a friendly and dedicated team responsible for keeping communal areas safe, clean, welcoming and looking their best.

You'll work across Windsor, Ascot, Bracknell, Slough and surrounding areas, maintaining green spaces and outdoor areas that customers use every day.

You'll have the flexibility to manage your workload within a fortnightly schedule, while working alongside colleagues who take pride in making a visible difference to the communities they serve.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining communal grassed areas, including mowing and general upkeep.
