Job summary

• Ability to create Personal Plans or Young Carers Statements.
• Commitment to safeguarding and data management policies.

Responsibilities

• Work with Carers to assess needs and create Personal Plans or Young Carers Statements.
• Deliver practical and emotional support to Carers.
• Negotiate and liaise with services to address Carers needs.
• Collaborate with Statutory, Education and Third sector organisations in Glasgow.
• Identify and participate in events to raise awareness of Carers services.
