Sense Scotland in Scotland is seeking compassionate care workers to support two individuals in their own homes as part of a 24-hour housing support service in Motherwell. You will provide 1:1 or 2:1 support, assist with daily living tasks, and promote independence and participation in activities the people we support enjoy.

You will build trusting relationships, follow personalised Support Plans, liaise with families and professionals, and work within a collaborative team to ensure high-quality
