Job summary

Right at Home Ipswich Woodbridge & Felixstowe is seeking caring individuals to support older adults in their homes across Ipswich, Kesgrave, Woodbridge and Felixstowe.

We offer one-hour visits to ensure quality time with clients, with flexible patterns that can include weekends or evenings. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle are required, plus mileage reimbursement for travel between visits, making this a rewarding and stable role for the right person.

Pay: £16.00 (Weekdays) | £17.00 (Evenings & Weekends) + Mileage paid between visits.

You don’t need a formal care background, just a caring nature. You might even have personal experience of caring for a loved one. We often find that people from Retail, Hospitality, Hairdressing, or Cleaning sectors have perfect transferable skills. Or you may have a HCA or Carer already and looking for a caring employer! Whatever you are doing right now, being part of our team is very likely more rewarding!

The Role:

We support mainly older adults in our local community, to live independent in their own homes. Your day might include:

All we ask is that you:

• Are reliable and can work an agreed pattern.That pattern is negotiable, andcould befor example - weekends ONLY; weekends PLUS some evenings; every OTHER weekend PLUS some daytime visits; OR every OTHER weekend PLUS some evenings.
