Job summary

A leading home care service provider in Staines-upon-Thames is looking for a dedicated Care Professional to support clients with daily living activities. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily tasks. Applicants should be over 18, possess a driving license, and have good communication skills. The position offers flexibility with schedules and provides extensive training for those without experience. This role contributes significantly to improving clients' quality of life.

Qualifications

• You must be 18+ years old and have the right to work in the UK.
• A full driving license and access to a fully insured car are required.
• Good communication skills, both verbally and written, are necessary.
• Experience in care is valuable, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Ensure clients get social interaction during visits.
• Assist with everyday tasks including meal prep and light housework.
• Accompany clients to appointments and shopping.
• Help clients manage their medications.

Job Description

Duties can include:

• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing, and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Help with everyday tasks such as meal preparation and light housework
• Accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, or attending social/community events
• Assisting your client with their medication

Qualifications

What we ask for from our Care Professionals

• You havethe right to work in the UKand are18+ years old.
• You have afull driving licenseand access to afully insured car.
• That you have a warm heart and caring nature and love tocare.
• You are reliable, responsible andhave a passion for making a difference to someone’s day.
• That you live locally or are happy to travel to our clients.
• That you have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Experience in care (personal, dementia or other) is valuable, however full training will be given.

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Healthcare Assistant, Carer or Support Worker we would love to hear from you! If you do not have experience, we provide full training from the start, so we also love to hear from you too.
