Home Instead in Chertsey is seeking enthusiastic Evening Care Assistants to support our outstanding clients at home. In this role, you will be responsible for personal care, companionship, and helping with daily activities to enhance our clients’ independence.

We offer great pay rates from £13 to £15 per hour, comprehensive training, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. Join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Qualifications

• You have the right to live and work in the UK and are 18+ years old.
• You have a full driving licence and access to a fully insured car.
• You have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Experience in care is valuable, however, full training will be given.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and ensure meaningful social interaction.
• Assist clients with meal preparation and light housework.
• Accompany clients to appointments, shopping, or social events.
• Help clients with their medication management.

EVENINGS– From 17:00 - 22:00 / 18:00 - 22:00

• Monday to Friday - £13 per hour
• Saturday and Sundays are paid at the enhanced rate of £15 per hour all day!
• Bank Holidays – Double hourly rate

We’re looking for Care Professionals to visit our local clients in their own homes providing support to live independently.Our award-winning care is rated CQC Outstanding, with upwards of 1-hour visits and your own regular clients with whom you will build a bond. Job Description

Duties can include:

• You are reliable, responsible andhave a passion for making a difference to someone’s day.
• That you live locally or are happy to travel to our clients.
• That you have a full UK driving licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
• That you have good communication skills both verbally and written
• Experience in care (personal, dementia or other) is valuable, however full training will be given
