College of West Anglia in King's Lynn is recruiting Work Placement & Careers Coordinators to source meaningful placements, provide careers guidance and help learners progress to employment, apprenticeships or higher education.

Two posts available: 37 hours per week for 37 weeks and 26 hours per week for 37 weeks. The roles involve building relationships with local employers, supporting learners on placement and working with curriculum teams to ensure high-quality industry experiences.

Responsibilities

• Source meaningful work placements for learners.
• Provide careers support and guidance to help learners achieve future ambitions.
• Build strong relationships with local employers and visit students on placement.
• Collaborate with curriculum teams to ensure high-quality industry experiences.
• Support careers education and assist learners with decisions about employment, apprenticeships or higher education.
• Work within the Work Placement and Careers team to help learners progress to employment.
