Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Careers Systems Support role to optimise online careers systems for students and graduates, with a focus on configuring CareersHub and related subscriptions while providing user-facing support.

You will diagnose issues, escalate to IT or vendors, train staff, and update content on CareersHub and SharePoint intranet, with emphasis on accessibility and data analysis using Excel and 365 tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in content management and web content curation.
• Knowledge of basic HTML and accessibility standards.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Providing careers system support, diagnosing problems and escalating issues to IT or vendors as needed.
• Optimising the configuration and design of CareersHub and related website services, reviewing analytics to inform developments.
• Managing and updating content on CareersHub and the Careers Intranet (SharePoint), training staff and documenting best practices.
