Qualifications

• Experience supporting online careers systems and related subscriptions.
• Strong content management skills with web content curation experience.
• Familiarity with HTML and accessibility considerations for internal sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide careers system support, diagnose problems, and escalate where needed.
• Optimise configuration and design of CareersHub and other services using analytics.
• Manage and update content on CareersHub and the Careers Intranet (SharePoint).
• Train staff and document good practice for system use and content management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to improve user experience.
