Job summary

Global University Systems (GUS) through LCCA seeks a Careers Information & Support Officer to manage the Careers Studio, welcome students, triage enquiries and support with promotional materials and event logistics.

The role focuses on maintaining a welcoming environment, updating displays and ensuring smooth operations across campuses to enable Careers Consultants to deliver effective appointments and workshops.

  • Drive operations & marketing: assist with promotional materials, digital displays, room setups and event logistics.
  • Enable seamless service: provide essential front-line coverage to allow Careers Consultants to focus on one-to-one appointments, workshops and employer events.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the Careers Studio: Run the day-to-day operations of our vibrant studio spaces, ensuring they are welcoming, organised, and fully operational.

  • Support Students: Act as the first point of contact to welcome students, triage their enquiries, and signpost them to the right careers information and resources.

  • Drive Operations & Marketing: Support the wider careers team by preparing promotional materials, updating digital displays, coordinating room setups, and assisting with event logistics.

  • Enable Seamless Service: Provide essential front-line coverage so our Careers Consultants can focus on delivering impactful one-to-one appointments, workshops, and employer events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a professional, inclusive, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

  • Monitor and replenish careers resources, guides, and promotional materials.

  • Keep digital displays and noticeboards current, relevant, and engaging.

  • Deliver high-quality administrative, logistical, and communications support across both campuses.
