Job summary

West Northants Council is seeking a proactive project lead to drive Careers Hub programmes across the South Midlands region. You will plan, coordinate and deliver education, careers and employer engagement activities, coordinating budgets and governance while building strong school, college and industry links.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of local and national policy relating to careers education, skills development, economic growth and youth progression.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes for projects and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of Careers Hub projects and programmes across the South Midlands region.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources and budgets with governance reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, employers and wider stakeholders to maximise engagement.
• Coordinate external delivery partners and regional/national organisations to ensure successful project delivery.
