An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Skills and Employability Team for a part time Careers Consultant within the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Careers Hub. This is a strategic consultancy and project management role focused on improving careers education across schools and colleges. Working with Headteachers, Principals, CEOs, Careers Leaders and employers, you will influence school improvement priorities, support the implementation of national careers education policy, and drive system-wide change that improves outcomes for young people. This is not a student-facing careers adviser role and does not involve providing one-to-one careers guidance. Instead, you will act as a trusted consultant to education leaders, managing a portfolio of schools and colleges, analysing performance data, leading improvement activity and building strong partnerships with employers and stakeholders.
