Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of Careers Hub projects and programmes across the South Midlands region.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver funded programmes and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, employers and stakeholders.
• Ensure activities are delivered compliantly and reported against objectives and funding requirements.
• Coordinate external partners and regional or national organisations throughout the project lifecycle.
